Why the fuck is December so hard?!
It doesn't have to be.

December is hard with ADHD. The holiday hustle piles on, your routines change, and the guilt about the year that is ending and the year that is starting shows up right on schedule. For a lot of ADHD brains, everything goes to shit (or at least feels like it doesnt).

Believe it or not, it does not have to be this way. December Reset Week is five live days to get your head on straight. You build a weekly planning routine, set realistic goals for the new year, and spend a full day finishing what has been sitting on your list, with people doing the same.

Start by getting the whole season out of your head. Imagine a holiday season your ADHD brain could actually enjoy, and a year that starts on the right foot.

This is for you if…

  • You got your ADHD diagnosis as an adult and you’re still figuring out what to do with it
  • You have the diagnosis, the saved reels and the podcast episodes. What is missing is the next step.
  • The busy season is already here and you can feel the tasks starting to pile up.
  • December wrecks your routines every year, and you spend January recovering.
  • The list you made last January is still sitting there, and you would like next year to start differently.
  • You have tried planners and apps before, and they worked for about two weeks before you forgot they exist.

Five days, one concrete thing to leave with each day

  • Mon, Nov 30. Weekly planning workshop plus a guided body double. You leave with a clearly planned week, a process you can repeat all season, and with feedback on how you set your goals.
  • Tue, Dec 1. ADHD-Friendly Goal Setting masterclass and Q&A. You leave with realistic goals for the new year, so January starts on the right foot.
  • Wed, Dec 2. Group coaching. Real problems worked through live (yours or someone else's) so we can all learn from each other.
  • Thu, Dec 3. Community call. A room of people who just get it and a chance to connect with other ADHDers.
  • Fri, Dec 4. Get Shit Done Day with body doubling. The thing you have been avoiding, finished.

Every session is recorded, and the recordings stay available through Dec 9. Session times will be shared when registration opens.

Hi, I’m Pri

Licensed Psychologist, Executive Coach, and Late-Diagnosed ADHDer

I built The Divergent Table after living through my own version of this: getting my doctorate, running a business, looking put together by every outside measure, while internally treating my own exhaustion as something to push through instead of listen to. It took me a long time to understand I'd been operating on empty for years, and that no amount of willpower was going to change that.

As a Licensed Psychologist and Executive Coach, I've spent years helping high-achieving professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders build careers and businesses that align with their strengths instead of constantly working against them. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and built for real life: strategies designed around how you actually work.

Do I need a formal diagnosis?

Nope! What matters is that the late-diagnosed experience sounds like yours: the exhaustion of masking, the years of concluding something was wrong with you, knowing what to do and still struggling to do it.
